What is Area Diffraction Machine?

 

Area Diffraction Machine is a software package 

for two-dimensional powder diffraction data

 

The ADM was developed by Joshua Lande as a summer intern project 

at SSRL in conjunction with Sam Webb and Apurva Mehta.

It contains functions for:

• Calibration

• Visualization

• Polarization corrections

• Integration

• Recalculating parameters for internal calibrants

• Macro mode for processing large numbers of data files

The program is hosted by GitHub and is free open source software. It is still in development so check back frequently for updates.
